I’ve noticed my neck has started twichting slightly lately. It happens when I’m relaxed and feels unnatural. Maybe I’m too tense?

Possibly. I’ve been on the same medications for about a year and a half. I do have a habit of tensing up my shoulders though. I hope it passes.
